At Blue Jay Irrigation, we recognize that our customer’s are the most important part of our business and your complete satisfaction is our key focus from day one for as long as you are a customer. Our Office Team is here to assist you with all of your needs from requesting a service call, to making payments, to upgrading your system. Request a Service Call

Call our office at 1-800-287-5622, or send an email to service@bluejayirrigation.com with a description of your need. If you have a leak, need some reno-work, or just aren’t sure how to describe what you’re seeing, please share a picture!

Requesting Same Day Service? Depending on the urgency/nature of your service need, we can help you with this request if you call our office during regular business hours.

Scheduled Appointments

At the time of scheduling, you will be provided with a 2-hour window of time for your service call. Please ensure that someone is home for this service and/or we have access to your property, controller, and water source. We require a final confirmation from you before our arrival, when you receive your reserved appointment notification, please accept the appointment offering by clicking YES, or call the Office with your okay.

Reminder Notifications

You will receive a reminder notification (by email) two days prior to our arrival. If your appointment needs to be re-scheduled, please call the office immediately and we will coordinate another date/time to assist you.

No-show

A no-show is someone who misses their appointment, or cancels their appointment with less than 24hours notice (1 business day). A no-show charge ($45 + tax) is applied to your account and is payable before the call can be rescheduled.

Mutual Respect Policy

We expect and actively monitor that our employees are courteous, understanding, and respectful at all times in their communication with our customers and we expect our customers to be respectful of our employees! Read our Mutual Respect Policy here.

Make a Payment

Payment for all scheduled services are due in advance of our visit. Any invoicing generated as a result of our visit is due immediately on receipt of invoice. Payments can be made several ways:

When you receive your invoice, simply pay online by clicking the link in your email;

Pay online by clicking here;

Call our office with your credit card information and we can help you over the phone;

Mail a cheque, or stop in to our office and use your debit card (head-office only);

Send an e-transfer to our finance team noting your invoice number as the answer to the question in your setup.

Review our Service Packages

Choose a seasonal maintenance plan that’s right for you with options designed for people who are home or away. Pay as you go, or prepaid service packages are available on our customer portal from Basic to Full Service Plus all season long. However, by taking advantage of pre-season service selection (before February 28th), you can receive savings up to 10%.

***For customers who have purchased a Water Efficient System, you are eligible to participate in our Peace of Mind program.
