We’ll provide an estimate for any necessary repairs based on our system diagnosis and seek your approval for the work. If a new system or a larger repair is needed, we’ll refer you to our sales and estimating team to ensure you receive the best options for your needs.

Estimate

We’ll complete all approved repairs and, if needed, schedule a follow-up appointment for any unfinished work. Our team will document the completed tasks in the invoice summary, and we’ll connect with you to review the job's progress before saying a kind goodbye.

Wrap Up

We’ll check the backflow for leaks, pack up our tools, and ensure all gates, doors, and garages are securely closed and locked. After logging our time, we’ll be on our way to the next job, leaving your property safe and tidy.

Estimate

We’ll prepare a detailed quote for you and review it with our designer to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your needs. After that, we’ll complete the estimate, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your project.

We’ll follow up with you to address any questions or concerns and confirm any objections or changes to the initial quote. Once everything is in order, we’ll begin the preparation process, including locates and other necessary steps. If needed, we’ll also coordinate with other trades to ensure timelines are aligned, making the process as smooth as possible for you.

The installation crew will use GPS to navigate to your location, arriving between 7:00-9:00AM. Upon arrival, they will review the work order to ensure they are fully prepared. Our team will then greet you with a friendly introduction, setting the stage for a positive experience as we discuss the upcoming work.

Bring to Light

We’ll take a walk around your property to review the installation plan together, ensuring you’re comfortable with every detail. We’ll locate any private utilities and discuss what we’ve found. Our team will then complete the installation arrival checklist and talk about the timelines for the project, keeping you informed every step of the way.

The Blue Jay Way

Our team will hand dig in areas where it’s needed and install small sections from front to back. We’ll make sure to complete each section before taking a break, and we’ll keep the work area clean throughout the process, ensuring your property remains tidy and organized.

Estimate

If there are any changes to the scope of the installation, we will complete a change work order to ensure everything is documented and approved, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Wrap Up

We’ll conduct a final walk-around with you to review the completed work and ensure you’re satisfied. After that, we’ll complete our departure checklist, which includes starting up the system, placing a lawn sign, providing you with the "As Built" documentation, and fertilizing and seeding as needed. Finally, we’ll clean up the property, leaving it in great shape for you to enjoy.
