Service Technician

The Service Team Member position is responsible and accountable to support the Service Team Leader for the day-to-day operation of the service team:

Support Service Team Leader in matters relating to the efficient and effective operation of their service team

Service & Installation work done by Blue Jay Sprinkler Systems Inc. which includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all material and labour for all Residential, Commercial and Golf work

Apprentice under a Senior Service Team Leader to develop skills and knowledge required to be promoted to a Junior Service Team Leader.

Service work done by Blue Jay Sprinkler Systems Inc. which includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all materials, labour and scheduling for all Residential, Commercial and Golf work

For ensuring the maintenance, upkeep and repair of all facilities, equipment, and vehicles owned, leased or otherwise under the control of Blue Jay used for service and customer care purposes

Participate in all training programs that are provided by Blue Jay Irrigation

To uphold Blue Jay standards of work and efficiency

Must maintain an appearance appropriate for the position and situation
