We take irrigation seriously. To promote the health of your irrigation system, we recommend regular seasonal maintenance. It is vital to ensure maximum performance throughout the entire sprinkling season.

With regular, seasonal maintenance, our Certified Irrigation Technicians (CITs) pay close attention to:

Accurately program your controller to reflect seasonal climate changes, zone run times, and frequency of water use;

Check for uniform coverage and examine all heads to ensure working parts are fully operational and pressure regulated sprays are well adjusted and directed to further prevent unnecessary runoff; and

Make appropriate recommendations for improvements and upgrades

Commercial Irrigation Maintenance Packages

SPRING START UP

Get your system up and running with our Spring Start-up maintenance package. This includes: turning on the water; checking the backflow and your entire irrigation system for leaks; running individual zone tests; checking for proper coverage and completing necessary head adjustments; rain sensor check; and system programming check. Additionally, our techs will inform you of the repairs we have made and will also make suggestions for necessary improvements and future upgrades.

WINTERIZE

Properly closing your irrigation system before the freezing winter temps is one of the most important components in maintaining your irrigation system. Every fall, we: turn off your water at the main valve, blow out the water from the irrigation lines, and drain your backflow device. Any repairs that are needed to the system will be noted for service the following spring.

BASIC PLAN

Start-Up + Winterize (see above for details). Packaged together, these two components help to ensure that the opening and closing of your irrigation system is completed in a timely manner. Be an early-bird and receive a 4% savings when you pre-pay for the Basic Plan before our opening season begins. *

BASIC+ SERVICE PLAN

An extension of the Basic Plan, the Basic + Service Plan also includes one full system check-up during the summer season. At this visit, we will run system tests, check for leaks, perform necessary head adjustments, and re-set your controller for seasonal conditions. Any repairs that are required in this check-up will be performed at our regular rates. Be an early-bird and receive a 6% savings when you pre-pay for the Basic+ Plan before our opening season begins. *

FULL SERVICE PLAN

For full system coverage the entire irrigation season, our Full Service Plan includes spring start-up, fall shut-down, and two full system visits. At these scheduled check-ins, we run system tests, check for leaks, perform necessary head adjustments, and re-set your controller for seasonal conditions. Any repairs that are required during these check-ups are performed at our regular rates. Be an early-bird and receive a 8% savings when you pre-pay for the Full Service Plan before our opening season begins. *

FULL SERVICE+ PLAN

For full system coverage the entire irrigation season, our Full Service+ Plan includes spring start-up, fall shut-down, and three full system visits. At these scheduled check-ins, we run system tests, check for leaks, perform necessary head adjustments, and re-set your controller for seasonal conditions. Any repairs that are required during these check-ups are performed at our regular rates. Be an early-bird and receive a 10% savings when you pre-pay for the Full Service+ Plan before our opening season begins. *

REPAIRS

From time to time, repairs are needed. Whether they’ve resulted from construction and/or landscaping activities, or normal wear and tear, we’ll be sure to take good care of you. Our highly trained field technicians are qualified to fix all of your system needs from severed lines and broken heads, to leaking valves and cut electrical lines. Please contact our office directly to make arrangements for your repairs.

Will an automatic sprinkler system user more water than I am currently using?

Irrigation systems are designed to conserve water and do a better job of watering. Specific areas are scheduled to water for set amounts of time based on the conditions of that zone. It’s in these details that you will eliminate over-watering and/or wasting water. Even when it’s raining, your system will know that too, and will shut off.

How do you know what type of sprinkler system is best suited for me?
