  • Working as a team to ensure a seamless customer experience in every interaction/transaction with Blue Jay

  • Working as a team to develop and maintain a strong customer relationship

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship including addressing questions and concerns, completing service follow up calls, and calling clients for seasonal contract renewals while offering available value add services.

  • Supporting team members working in the field, ensuring they have the most up to date information regarding customers and scheduled visits.

  • Attend company/department meetings, and industry events, as well as other training opportunities.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some College or University is an asset.
  • 3 years of experience in Customer Service - phone channel, experience with Service Titan is an asset.
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficient typing skills and superior communication skills both verbal and written, including spelling, grammar, and e-mail etiquette.
  • Must have the ability to take initiative, think critically, and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to de-escalate high stress situations while offering positive solutions to our clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize appropriately and adapt when required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking are paramount.
