  • Clear rules for handling de-identified information for research and development.
4. Strengthening enforcement and accountability:
  • Fines of up to 5% of revenue or $25 million for non-compliant organizations.

Blue Jay Irrigation will retain a copy of this Policy and any revised version of this Policy for a period of three (3) years after it ceases to be in effect.

Blue Jay Irrigation may periodically update this policy and reserves the right to interpret the policy as well as replace, modify, or revoke it at any time.
